It is been a wild 18 months. If you follow alongside typically you will know that I have had some huge changes… anyway, that is not what I’m here for currently due to the fact I needed to give you an update on wherever I’m at with the renovations!
Early this calendar year I completed a reno on a small dwelling that I turned in to an Airbnb. I started off the lodging in February this 12 months and in 4 months I strike Superhost position. I’m very happy of that and boy have I learnt a ton. I am aiming to share all of that in a new E book I’m producing. Indication up to know more about that here.
That Airbnb residence is booked out each individual weekend and periodically throughout the week. I do also get personal bookings which occur straight from Instagram. All of that appears to be to be operating out effectively for now.

I have been doing the job so tricky on myself, my perspective, my frame of mind and motivation recently. I know that functioning tricky, pushing ahead and building chances only arrives from stepping out of my consolation zone and not supplying a shit about what any individual thinks or says.
The times are not boring, they are full to the brim. Some excellent, some undesirable.
