P63 is a smaller city condominium designed for a single of our common customers. Most of his time, he stays with his loved ones in the country and will come downtown only on organization for 1-2 days. When commencing this layout task, we were confronted with the complicated process of effectively organising the house in a reasonably tiny condominium and building it as functional as achievable.
We made the decision to concentration on 3D house organisation. So, we have designed an item in the kind of a cube that logically divided the central space of the condominium into various zones. On 1 aspect of the room, there is a kitchen, and on the other facet, a relatively substantial storage spot is positioned this authorized us to preserve the hallway and the entrance spot both of those neat and useful. Also, we designed a compact functioning area inside this volumetric item.
As the most important thought of the apartment, we strived to generate anything completely distinctive from the client’s state dwelling, in which black color predominates. So, we wanted to make the space in the apartment bright, concise, and pure. That is why we picked white as a color for all surfaces. Meanwhile, a purposeful volumetric eco-friendly dice grew to become the visible accent of the design.
The placing of the condominium is developed in a concise and minimalist way, with almost no decor. To emphasise the geometry of the place, we used shadow profiles and concealed skirting boards. The inside is based mostly on minimalist and effectively-developed buildings that make an unpretentious place appear advanced and persuasive.
